Terms of service
The rules for using pingtype. Last updated 15 October 2026.
1. Agreement
These terms are between Trackfinity Ltd.("we", "us") and the business that uses pingtype ("you"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions? .
2. The service
pingtype is software for collecting, checking, routing, selling and tracking leads, and for recording what publishers have earned and what buyers owe. We may improve, change or add features over time. Features marked "coming soon" are not yet available.
3. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping logins, API tokens and keys safe. Each client space has its own users and data. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
4. Your data and your leads
- You own the data you put into pingtype, including your leads.
- You must have a lawful basis, including any consent needed, to collect leads and pass them to buyers, and you must follow the laws that apply to your marketing, such as data protection, email and telephone marketing laws.
- We process lead data for you as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for telling the people whose data you collect how it will be used.
5. What you must not do
- Send fake, stolen or unlawfully collected leads.
- Break the law, or the rights of other people.
- Attack, overload or try to get around the security of the service.
- Resell access to the service unless we have agreed to it in writing.
6. Fees and payment
Fees are the ones shown on our website or agreed with you in writing. We invoice as agreed, and fees are exclusive of any taxes that apply. If an invoice is not paid on time we may suspend the service after giving you notice.
7. Payments between publishers and buyers
pingtype records and calculates what publishers have earned and what buyers owe, based on the rules you set. You are responsible for paying your publishers and for collecting from your buyers, unless you have connected a payment account to take payments through pingtype.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Support is by email: .
9. Ending the agreement
Either of us can end the agreement by written notice. We may suspend or end your access straight away if you seriously break these terms. After the agreement ends you can ask for an export of your data, and we then delete it as described in our privacy policy.
10. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell customers before it takes effect.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, where Trackfinity Ltd. is based, and the courts of Malta can hear any dispute.
